SIZE REQUIREMENTS

  • Street Locations: 1,200 – 2,800 sq. ft. (dine-in & takeout)

  • Food Court Locations: Minimum 400 sq. ft. with strong visibility

  • Patios: Preferred for sit-down locations (20–40 seats)

WHAT TYPE OF SUPPORT DO I GET WITH A Moonlake Brew & Dine FRANCHISE?

You get full access to our brand, menu, training, supplier connections, POS system, online ordering, digital marketing, and ongoing operational support.

WHAT ARE THE FRANCHISE FEES?

Franchise fees are competitive and designed with your success in mind. Details are discussed during the evaluation process.

CAN I SECURE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

Yes. Depending on your qualifications, we can award multi-unit or area development agreements.

DO I NEED A LOCATION IN MIND?

Familiarity with your trade area is an asset, but we’ll assist with site selection and lease negotiations.

DO I NEED TO BE INVOLVED IN OPERATIONS?

Yes. Either you or a designated operator should oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality and service standards.

WHAT ARE THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS?

We recommend a minimum liquidity of CAD $150k per location, plus financing capability for build-out.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS PROVIDED?

Comprehensive training includes:

4–6 weeks hands-on training in an existing Moonlake Brew & Dine restaurant.

2 weeks on-site training at your new location.

Ongoing operational support and refresher programs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN A STORE?

Typically 12–20 weeks after site possession, including design, permits, build-out, and setup.
